Each project is tailored to your needs. We’ll agree on the scope, timeline, and cost before getting started.

3. Getting Started

When you hire us, we’ll send over a proposal or agreement outlining the details of your project. Once approved and your deposit is received, we get to work. We’re in this together—and communication is key.

4. Payment Terms

We work hard, and we know you do too. Here’s how we keep things fair and clear:

A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins.

The remaining balance is due upon completion, before the site goes live.

Larger or ongoing projects may involve milestone payments.

Late payments may be subject to a late fee.

5. Revisions and Changes

You’ll have a chance to review and request revisions during the design process. We include a set number of revisions (usually 2–3 rounds) in the original quote. Additional changes may be billed separately—we’ll always discuss that with you first.

6. Your Responsibilities

We’ll need your help to keep things on track. That includes:

Providing content, images, and branding materials on time

Responding to feedback and approvals promptly

Respecting agreed deadlines and payment terms

When we work together with respect and good communication, we all win.

7. Ownership and Copyright

Once your project is complete and fully paid for:

You own your website and all final content we’ve created for you.

We may showcase your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

You are responsible for securing rights to any images, logos, or content you provide.

8. Liability and Guarantees

We’ll always do our best to deliver a site that’s functional, reliable, and aligned with your goals. That said:

We can’t guarantee your site will never experience technical issues (the internet’s a wild place).

We’re not responsible for third-party service interruptions (like hosting or plugins).

We’ll support you with reasonable bug fixes and updates during the support period agreed upon.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Life happens. If either of us needs to cancel the project:

The deposit is non-refundable.

Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.

We’ll return any unused materials or code that belongs to you.

10. Privacy and Confidentiality

11. Updates to These Terms

We may tweak these terms from time to time to reflect changes in how we work or legal requirements. If we make any major updates, we’ll do our best to let you know.
